Right now, the weariness of the city of Boynton Beach is evident when Employees and civil servants become cynical and tired of the same old BS. Over time, this weariness contaminates even the most prosperous city initiatives.

When I become your Mayor, I will make sure Boynton Beach Government can prevent such fatigue by securing Boynton Beach stakeholders’ participation, through feedbacks and consultations, that promotes stakeholder ownership of important initiatives.

By rewarding innovative and responsive behavior and by communicating good results, government creates a system of incentives that facilitate change. Rather than ongoing transformation, governments need to build organizations that can adapt to change.
