To keep pace with an ever-changing society, the city of Boynton Beach must learn to understand the needs of several increasingly diverse and fragmented groups in order to propose appropriate action plans to meet those needs.

To do this, it must learn to innovate, take risks and accept to modify its internal working methods, its cultures.

While new technologies can help the city meet some of the growing expectations of its citizens, it is up to the city administration to exploit these technologies and reinvent itself in order to truly improve its services for the benefits of its people.
